Shipping, tracking and delivery times
Answer first: JellyFil orders leave the fulfillment desk within one business day and typically arrive in 3 to 6 business days anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping is free on the three- and six-bottle packages and $9.99 on the two-bottle package.

Orders placed before 14:00 Eastern on a business day usually go out the same afternoon. Orders placed at the weekend go out on Monday. We ship within the United States only, including APO and FPO addresses, where transit runs longer.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed the moment the label is created, which is often a few hours before the carrier scans the parcel. If the number shows nothing for a day, that is normal and not a lost package. If it shows nothing after three business days, write to [email protected] with your order ID and we will chase the carrier.
Packaging
Discreet outer packaging with no product branding on the outside. The return address is the Northbeam office in Providence, RI. Inside: sealed bottles from lot EJF/26-Q3/0842 and a packing slip carrying your order ID.
When something goes wrong
Damaged on arrival. Photograph the outer box and the bottles before unpacking further and email the pictures. Replacement ships the same week at no cost.
Wrong item or missing bottle. Send the packing slip photo. We correct it and cover the shipping either way.
Marked delivered but not there. Check with neighbours and around the property first, since that solves most of them. If it is still missing after 24 hours, write in and we open a carrier trace.
Wrong address entered. Tell us within a few hours and we can usually catch it before dispatch. After that it has to run its course and come back to us before we can resend.
Address changes
Tell us within a couple of hours of ordering and we can usually amend the label before it goes out. Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier the address is fixed, and the only route is to let it complete its journey, come back to us as undelivered, and be resent. That adds roughly a week, so it is worth checking the confirmation email the moment it lands.
Returns
Return shipping is paid by you except where the order arrived damaged, wrong or incomplete. Do not send anything back without a return authorisation number; unannounced parcels are difficult to match to an order and slow the refund down.
