How this company started
Northbeam Supplement Company, Inc. was founded in 2020 by a hospital pharmacy buyer who had spent a decade on the receiving end of the supplement supply chain. The specific frustration was mundane: the same men's-health product would arrive from four importers with four different lot codes, and when a patient asked a simple question about what was in the bottle in front of them, nobody in the chain could answer it without three phone calls.
The company was built to remove that gap for one product at a time. Hold the run, publish the lot, take the orders, answer the refunds. It is a narrow model and it does not scale to a hundred SKUs, which is the point.
What we actually do
We are the United States distributor for JellyFil. We do not manufacture it; it is produced for us in an FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant US facility. We hold the 2026 production run, we publish its documentation on the verification page, we operate the checkout, and we run the refund desk out of the same office as sales.
We do not sell to marketplaces and we do not open wholesale accounts. That decision costs us volume. It also means the lot number on your bottle can be traced back to a certificate, which is the trade we chose.
