Who we are

What we collect
When you order: name, shipping address, email address, telephone number and order contents. Payment card details are entered on the authorised payment gateway and are processed by that provider; they do not reach our systems and we cannot see them.
When you write to us: the contents of your message and the address you sent it from.
When you browse: aggregate analytics such as pages viewed, approximate region, referring source and device type. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell personal information.
Why we hold it
To fulfil and deliver orders, to process refunds, to answer support requests, to keep the transaction records US law requires us to keep, and to understand which pages of this portal are useful.
Cookies
The site uses functional storage for the offer bar dismissal, which is held in your browser session and disappears when you close the tab. Aggregate analytics cookies may be set. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used. Your browser settings can block all of it, and the site continues to work if you do.
Who else sees your data
The payment processor, for the transaction. The shipping carrier, for the address needed to deliver. Our email provider, for correspondence. Each acts on our instructions under contract. Nobody receives your data for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records for seven years, as required for tax and accounting. Support correspondence for two years. Analytics in aggregate form only, with no individual identification retained beyond 26 months.
Your choices
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask for deletion where no legal retention duty applies, and unsubscribe from any email at any time. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comparable statutes have those rights in law; we extend the same handling to every customer regardless of state. Write to [email protected] and we respond within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over TLS. Order data is held on access-controlled systems. Card data never touches our infrastructure. No system is perfect, and if a breach affecting your information occurs we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Children
This portal sells an adult product and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
Material changes are posted here with a new effective date. The date at the top of this page is the current version.
