JellyFil carries a 60-day money-back guarantee running from the date of purchase. The manufacturer asks that you use the product for at least 30 days first, which is fair given the timeline most buyers report. One email to [email protected] with your order ID opens the return; refunds land 3 to 7 business days after we receive the package.

The terms in plain language
- Window: 60 days from the purchase date, not from delivery.
- Trial expectation: at least 30 days of use before you request the refund.
- Condition: opened and partly used bottles are accepted. That is the whole point.
- Coverage: the product price. Original shipping, where it was paid, is not refunded.
- Return shipping: paid by you, unless the order arrived damaged or wrong, in which case we cover it.
- Reason: none required. "It did not work for me" is accepted without argument.
Five steps
- Email [email protected] with your order ID and the word refund in the subject line.
- We reply within one business day with a return authorisation number and the Providence return address.
- Send back the bottles, used and unused, with the authorisation number written on the outside of the parcel.
- We confirm receipt by email on the day the parcel arrives.
- The refund is issued to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days of that confirmation. Your bank may take another day or two to post it.
Why 30 days first
Because the honest results curve for this blend does not start until week two or three. Forty-two percent of reviewers report their first noticeable change in weeks three to four, and a refund requested on day nine is almost always a refund requested before anything could have happened. The condition is not a trap; it is the manufacturer being consistent about what the product is.
If you need to stop earlier for a tolerability reason, say so in the email. We do not hold anyone to a 30-day minimum when the reason for stopping is that the product disagreed with them.
What is not covered
Orders placed anywhere other than ejellyfil.com. We cannot refund a purchase we have no record of, and marketplace listings are not ours. If you bought elsewhere, open a dispute with that platform and read the verification page before taking the product.
Requests past day 60 also fall outside the policy, though if you are a few days over and you write in, ask anyway. The desk has discretion and generally uses it.
